I took this dreaded watercolor painting and finished it with my cherished colored pencils. It feels more like home. I got the effect I was looking for with the layers of color. I will try the watercolors again, next time I'll use watercolor paper. I think the Bristol doesn't partner well with the watercolors.

I have found the same thing with Bristol paper, though in a small size it works quiet well. This is an amazing piece of art. I adore it--it fills my eyes. Which, is the greatest compliment I can give.
