WALK BAREFOOT ON THE BEACH
Forget about stopping to smell the roses, just take off your shoes and walk on the beach. Not near a beach, walk in the grass, walk in a puddle - at the very least - just take off your shoes. Free your self from your usual constraints and just be . . .
