Feb 4, 2010 Art Journal

Feb 4th       One of my 2010 goals is to create an Art Journal. I've done this before using the "Altered Book" format. I love Altered Books - lots of paste and paint and ephemera (found junk). And for all you book lovers, I use books that are going to be trashed anyway - just give them a new life! There really is no market for altered books, so I am only doing them for myself just for the fun of it. I use all my left over paint and paper that doesn't have a home, but I can't bare to part with it. And the most fun - I use it as a repository for the words and phrases that have no other place to say what they have to say.
