Ancestors' Pot - 2011 Wishes

I took my little bedazzled ancestors Pot from Pier One and put some earth in the bottom (I didn't do this last year, but that helps with the communication with your female ancestors). I wrote 10 new wishes for 2011, I started each wish with "I" and wrote them in the present tense. I packed the wishes in the pot, closed the lid tightly, and tucked the box in a safe place where it will not be disturbed for the rest of the year.

The rest is up to my ancestors. And me. This year I'll watch for the signs that my ancestors leave for me. These wishes aren't going to miraculously appear, it that were true, I'd win the lottery every week. I have to work on them and be ready when outside help comes along.

I tried to make my wishes less needy, not the "I want I want I want" kind of wish. In fact my last 3 wishes are all about listening and learning and keeping my mouth closed and my mind open.

WISH # 8 ~
I wish I  will listen to nature, I hear what she has to say
WISH #9 ~
I wish I will listen to my family and friends, I hear what they have to say
WISH #10 ~
I wish I will listen to myself, I hear what the universe has to say
